You also have Thomas Coman born 1961 - I cannot see a birth for this man, do you know where, or could the birth year be wrong?

Or is he Andrew T Coman, 1961, mmn Poole?

However, there are 2 accounts for a Mark Ward who has Andrew Coman, 1961, Aylesbury in his tree(s) on here.

He also has Margaret Poole, 1930, Leighton Buzzard, as do several others.

ARMY LIFE WITH FAMILY 'NOT EASY'

Life in England for a married Corporal with three children was not easy, and it was this which started the Corporal borrowing money from soldier trainees in his charge a Catterick court martial was told yesterday.

Corporal Thomas Edmund Coman (31) of the 16/5 Queens Own Lancers attached to 65 Training Regiment, The Rotal Signals, pleaded guilty to seven charges of improperly borrowing sums of money totalling £10 from seven troopers...

In mitigation it was said the Corporal Coman after being abroad found that life in England with a wife and three children to support was not easy. He many times found himself short of money and that was when he began to borrow.

In 1951 Una and baby Stephen were travelling from Libya to England. UK address was 28 Trinity Ave, Marlow, Bucks. (This was where Una's mother, Lydia was living)

I'm so sorry for not replying but I hadn't realised people would look at my search and help, I'm still trying to make sense of this. My partners is Thomas's son with Margaret Poole he has a full birth brother Ray whom I am now in contact with but I've hit a brick wall as too where Thomas went after his split from Margaret till his death. If I've read your help correctly then Thomas had two children with Una which would make them half siblings is this correct? Thanks for your help x

You could get the death certificate of Thomas to see who the informant was - may be a relative.
