Can you clarify - Gillian and Kim were siblings rather than wife/husband? Kim is gender neutral

There were other births for a Gillian, in N London/Essex which could also be relevant. See http://www.freebmd.org.uk/

eg 1943 in Brentford and in Chelmsford. Different mothers maiden names.

its seems that Grange Park is currently in the London Borough of Enfield.
If either were actually born during WW2, their mother may have been moved out to a safer area for her confinement.

There doesn't seem to be any Kim Lawrence b 1942-1946. Was Kim an abbreviation for something else?

To help us identify Gillian's birth, do you know either of her parents names? We might be able to back-track to their marriage and discover the mother's maiden name. That makes it easier to identify the correct children and any initials they may have.
