But there are quite a few possible remarriages, possible other children, but trying to eliminate them by connections on FB is proving difficult as none have Cheryl in friend's list.

You will also need to buy the birth cert for Graham to confirm parents names ( or at least his birth cert to confirm father) ...as said previously you are giving the parents as the Surrey marriage... but the Northumberland one is more likely?

To back track a bit, Spencer Butler mmn Burns was born to the couple Butler/Burns married in Surrey 1941...

so you will need Graham's marriage cert to Janine for his father's name to confirm whether it is the Surrey couple or the Northumberland couple.
