I am looking for any information regarding James Edward Mackereth, He was born 1945 in Newcastle Upon Tyne England, Mother's Maiden name Wheatley.
He came to Australia with the Big Brother youth migration program in Sydney New South Wales.
He married a Rhonda Mary Bouchier 3rd June 1966 in Sydney New South Wales and they divorced in 1974. She recently passed away in 2012.
He was a forklift driver when he was 23 years old in Sydney in 1968 and lived at unit 3/28 barber avenue Eastlakes.
His children have not seen him since they were 5 years old and would love to reconnect with him before it is too late, as he would be in his early 70's now.
He could be still in Australia or could have moved back to England we really don't know.

Yes, that record is when he came to Australia with the Big Brother program, as it states Co/- Big Bro Sydney New South Wales in the record. Though that is the only travel information I have been able to find on him.

I see his birth was registered in his MMN.

Is it possible that he reverted back to using that surname?

At birth he was reg Wheatley not Mackereth

Yes, I saw that also, and it is always a possibility that he is using his mother's maiden name but on his son's birth certificate he used the name Mackereth and also the travel record was also in the name Mackereth.

On the other hand, that marriage could be of the James Edmund Mackereth born 1971 in Lancashire.

Rebecca L Bucknell seems to have been born in 1969, so she would be much nearer his age than Ladyfallen's James.

But you never know!

Do you have any more information on his parents? I see his father died in 1989 and was previously married. Not seeing any siblings for James. What happened to his mother?

I haven't been able to find anything on his parents other than their names James William Mackereth and Ann Wheatley.
James had 3 brothers but can't be 100% sure about that it is just hearsay and as I said I have nothing on his parents at all so am not sure what happened to his Mother.

It seems likely he married a Bonner in 1936 but I see no children born to them.
