searching for keith for a friend ,

keith Robert hall born oct 1933 in darlington / he was born Robert keith hall .
married in darlington 1957 , the marriage split about in 1960s , don't know what happened to him after that ( my friend is trying to make contact )

Would it be safe to assume there is no contact at all with any of his relatives? If so, if all else fails, you could try tracking them down.

From what you have put, I am guessing you might already use Freebmd? If you do, and the MMN is Bolton, there are a lot of siblings.

the fact that Keith's record is not closed indicates that he had died before 1991, unfortunately

does your friend know whether these parents' names and siblings names match her Keith?

so that must be a coincidental Keith!

that age matches, and the listing is current to this year (crosschecked at 192.com)

The other person in that household probably born mid-80s in Leeds could be the child of a marriage in Suffolk in 1972 that matches Keith's name

does that seem like a possibility?

just adding something it had got late to be doing last night

the other children born before 1939 are Norman (died 1985 Darlington), a sister (see info below), John William (died 1997 Darlington) and Colin makes 5 children total by 1939 ... and there is one other child after 1939 (all births can be seen at freebmd)

... but there are only 3 children in the household (no other Hall+Bolton marriage seems to account for 2 other births)
