I wonder if anyone can help. My name is Maria Robertson and I am Hugh Ross Mackechnie's granddaughter. I believe that my aunt Fiona Mackechnie is trying to find out more about our family. If you read this message please message me and hopefully we'll be in touch soon.

Welcome to the boards, Maria

Assuming your message is aimed at Fiona -

Go to "Search" at the top right of this page, then "Search all members' trees".

Then enter Hugh Ross MacKechnie . Only one result comes up, and the tree owner is Fiona.
Click on "Find out more" to the right of her name, and send her a personal message.

Welcome to the boards Maria

There are several trees on Genes who list a Fiona Mackechnie, a couple acutally owned by a Fiona Mackechnie. It might be worth searching All Members trees, top right under search, and contacting the most likely tree owners.
This seems to be the most recent membership - there are others.
