Bowes Family ( Hovingham and surrounding areas)

Just wondered if I have any living relatives in the area. My Father was Robert Campbell Bowes, his mother was Rose Bowes who became Rose Carr. He was brought up by his Grand parents and lived in cottage by the breck in Hovingham.....Would love to get in touch with any relatives and also would love to find out who my Fathers Father was, (don't know if the name Campbell is a clue.) Hope to hear from anyone.....Thanks..... |
