Tracing a John O'Neill, probably originate from Ireland, Believed to be stationed in Preston Barracks during WW1, who married a Mabel Martha Slarks, 1916, Brighton, I have a son's name Douglas W O'Neill. |

Thank you all for your replies, since adding my post I had found out that Douglas was not Mabels son but the son of "Vane". It was really John O'neill I am interested in. I will concentrate my research in Kew. |

Douglas could still be Mabel's son. Perhaps he was registered under Vane instead of Slarks?. There are no other O'neill/Slark births and there isn't a marriage. |
