Barbara's mother had several brothers, so Miriam is perhaps a child or grandchild of one?

The only Mirian Rowland births (for people expected to be living at present) were in 1935, 1967 and 1971, the middle one being most likely by location

there is only one marriage for that name after 1942 ... it is fairly recent but she does not seem to be on the electoral roll in the last 10 years, alone or as a couple


Barbara (you're not a complete newbie!) if you do want help, a little info like rough year and place of birth, when you last saw her, whether she married (and as malyon said, is Rowland her birth name) ... is needed.

Barbara it's very unlikely that anyone connected will see this, if you want help to find Miriam you could give location and a rough idea of age and someone may be able to find a likely marriage etc. :-)
