Welcome to GR Samuel

If you haven't already, add her name and yours to the adoption contact register. If she has as well, you should be put in touch

https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register

Make sure that she and her birth parents are on your tree. If Marina or a current relative looks for birth family, those are the names they'd look for.
Have you searched all members trees on this site? Top right of the page on the drop down list under Search. If she is listed on a tree belonging to someone you don't know, send them a message by clicking on the Find out more button.

Regular users of Genes have seen in the last few days how geting a name onto a thread can lead to families being reunited. Even if you allow your sub to lapse, make sure that your current email address is linked to your dormant GR account. That way, even if you are no longer a subscribing member, either Marina or someone who knows her can send you a message by clicking on your name.

Find Marina's name and that of her parent(s) on the births listed on http://www.freebmd.org.uk/
Add a postem asking for contact - use a generic email address such as @gmail. @hotmail or any other free one. That way they could make contact whilst your more usual email address won't be cluttered up with spam.
Although there's no guarentee that your sister/her relatives will use freebmd, you need to explore all available options.
