You could try searching all members trees (top right under Search) for yourself or other 'root' person.

Put in Melody Smith and your year of birth - apart from your current membership, there are 4 other entries, one of which has a tree owner Melody. Probably your original account

If you can't remember your original log in details, you'll need to contact GR. Use [email protected]
