Long lost brothers

My friend would love to find her two brothers Alan William Freeman who was last known to be living in the New Forest and Denis George Freeman last known to be living in Brixham Devon. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thankyou

Although we could probably find their birth records themselves, could your friend tell you the year they were born and 'last known' when?

She/you may be able to find them on https://www.freeelectoralroll.co.uk

There is a 2002 entry for a DenNis G Freeman in Ranscombe Road, Brixham on the ER - the property was sold in 2009. They then moved to Maple Road, which was sold in 2013!

If the spelling is indeed Dennis with 2 x N, then the current occupants may have a forwarding address.

Could you ask if Alan had a wife/companion? That might help narrow down the results.

She could search zoopla for the last known address to see when it was last sold.

You may want to search 2013 for Alan on here

It may be just a co-incidence. As there is no address shown, it would be up to you how you handle it. A copy of the documentation costs £10
It may be best to see if someone can come up with an address. As you may know, people could opt out of the commercial ER from 2003.

If the address for Dennis works out, he may know what happened to his brother.

Not seeing births for a Dennis c1942 and and Alan c1944 with matching mother's maiden names.

Was your friend's mother Violet Goodall? If so "Alan" must be William Alan.
