John is the son of my late cousin Norma (nee Latham). he was born about 1962. Lived in Stoke-on-Trent. Would like him or his siblings to know of the latham family tree. Keeper of the tree Sylvia.

Seems to be in Stoke on Trent to 2004

Maybe he opted out of the public electoral roll after 2004

Address says lived there for 8 years

When did Norma pass away . Maybe he was the informant on her cert
