Can anyone help. I am trying to contact my mothers cousins, who are the descendants of Frederick Thomas Clarke, b. in 1906 in Aldershot.

The family were living in Northampton. Mother's name Annie (nee Harrison) - known as Nan.

Children are Geoffrey 1937-1996; Jennifer b.1942 and John b.1946.

I'd love to hear from you - please let me know if any more information is needed.

Many thanks.

Jacqueline

One person has 'A' Frederick Clarke born Aldershot 1906 in his tree..................try making contact

To find connections on here, the best chance you have is putting your own tree on the site. But don't include any living people until you have permission from each of them (site guidelines)

The children's births were registered in North Bucks, which is where the parents married

Susie and I have been messaging off board.

Basically she has done as much research as is possible without breaking the bank.

She had been in communication from an earlier account via this site with Diane M Clarke, Geoffrey's widow but has lost contact. She has sent PM's to at least one of the accounts which Diane had, and was intending to contact the other. Susie would like to put back in contact if at all possible.

John F Clarke was last heard of in Milton Keynes about 3 years ago. Susie has new FH information which may solve a family mystery (presumably something that she and Diane had discussed)
..........

Although I'd advised Susie to be more specific about who she wanted to get in touch with, and post on the orginal thread.......Susie has said that she finds the revamped site confusing.

Susie - rather than send people more messages off board, unless it is sensitive information, add your reply here. Use the Add your reply box at the end of the page, then Submit.

Once your one month's sub expires, just allow your account to lapse. Do not delete it. That way if new info comes to light, people can contact you by sending you a message by clicking on your name. Make sure that GR always has your current personal email address so that you will recieve notification.

Hi Jacqueline,

thanks for your response. As far as I know John and Jennifer have never married. It is a shame that we have lost Geoffrey, as he was the eldest and may have remembered the most, but I'm still hopeful that I can re-establish contact with either John or Jennifer (or both).

Keeping fingers crossed that someone connected with either John or Jennifer will pick up on these messages.

Best wishes,

Susie
