If he is around 80 something now, then are you suggesting a birth year of 1929 to1934 (80 to 85), just to get us started? |

If you look for births for him on free bmd from 1920 to 1935, you will find that all of them are from North of London. |

I know of a Martin Regan who was grandfather to Ann Pauleen Regan (now Roscoe) and living in Blackburjn Lancs.. This one was born in Mayo Ireland in 1851 and his son Michael Regan married Annie Connell in Q1 1947. If you recognise any of these names Christine then contact me on this site. |
