And no, you can't see adoption papers. those are restricted to the adoptee only

Would this be the same as Norcap, as I was in contact with them in 2006, but only realised recently that they are no longer available.
Is there any way of seeing adoption papers without the adoptee looking for their birth relatives.
I have a copy of Michaels birth certificate and it has adopted hand written on it, I have known about him all my life.

If you are a blood relation, you should add yourself to the national adoption contact register

Yes I have looked elsewhere but have never had any luck. I am related yes . Yes Michael was adopted. I really would love to find him or any info that might put me in contact with him or anyone that is related to him.
Have been looking now for many years.
The other person who has him on his tree is not closely connected and took from my tree.
