Does anybody have connections to or know the where abouts of George Paris born 1929 in Alresford Hampshire? His father was Arthur Paris born in Old Alresford in 1892 and was a shepherd in Hampshire and later on in Wiltshire. George (if he is still living) was last thought to be living in the Calne area of Wiltshire. My Dads name is Jim and is brother of George and he would love to find him if possible. Can anyone help? |

I know for definite that George was not adopted, my dad remembers him as a baby and have found the birth record for him and all his siblings. They just got moved around to be brought up by different relatives after their mother died and as time went on totally lost contact with each other. My dad and his sister are possibly the only two still alive but was curious to find out whether George was still living as he is younger than my dad. You are probably my only hope of finding out. Thanking you for any help you can supply |

You would still find a birth record even if he was adopted....or he could have just taken the name of whoever took him in....or the 1948 marriage in Woolwich could be him? he could have been in the army stationed there? |
