Find Living Relatives

Does anybody have connections to or know the where abouts of George Paris born 1929 in Alresford Hampshire? His father was Arthur Paris born in Old Alresford in 1892 and was a shepherd in Hampshire and later on in Wiltshire. George (if he is still living) was last thought to be living in the Calne area of Wiltshire. My Dads name is Jim and is brother of George and he would love to find him if possible. Can anyone help?

have only recently started the hunt for my dad's brother. When they were young they were split up and lived with different relatives after their mother (Alice Butcher died 1931) and Arthur couldn't cope, so they lost contact. Doing research for my dad he was pleased when I found George's birth but had no idea if he was still alive, all we knew was that he lived in Wiltshire. Must try the electoral rolls and a marriage and the 3 children

He may have just opted out of the current electoral roll

Have looked at the wrong George Paris from Hampshire it seems

The George who married in 1943 was born 1919 and wife born 1920 both died Wiltshire

Could it be that George was adopted ? or there is a marriage in Woolwich for a George in 1948

If he did marry in 1948 he and his wife Catherine look to be living in surrey up until 2004....but no longer there

They had one child in 1953

What relatives took George in?

I know for definite that George was not adopted, my dad remembers him as a baby and have found the birth record for him and all his siblings. They just got moved around to be brought up by different relatives after their mother died and as time went on totally lost contact with each other. My dad and his sister are possibly the only two still alive but was curious to find out whether George was still living as he is younger than my dad. You are probably my only hope of finding out. Thanking you for any help you can supply

You would still find a birth record even if he was adopted....or he could have just taken the name of whoever took him in....or the 1948 marriage in Woolwich could be him? he could have been in the army stationed there?
