Find Living Relatives

Evening,

I am desperately trying to search for my two uncles who I have never met, I'm looking as my mum and other uncle have been searching for my uncle Stephen for nearly 30 years and my uncle Derrick who they have never met either, it's my uncles 60th birthday this year and his health is not the best and I would love nothing more than to try find them both.

I am just a beginner at this so if anyone has any information on what is best or how I could trace or any tips or advice at all.

Hi, it's a very confusing story, my uncles were split up when they were little, and my nan remarried and had my mum, which is the reason they have never met.

They were born in Lichfield

Stephen Richardson was born 1956
Derrick Richardson was born in 1953

There was not any adoption involved, but there were children's homes involved
I'm just very new to this and do not know where to start so any advice or help would be very helpful to me at this stage

First little point.......you mustn't put an actual DOB on here for a living person.

Please remove Stephen's.......and leave just the year.

YeaH derricks middle name is c we believe it to be Charles

And yeah my nans maiden name is Worrall

The girl is on the current ER

We believe Derrick only had the one middle name beginning with C and he was born in 1953 but we have never been able to trace him

And my other uncle I have been trying to find is Stephen Richardson the last known location for him was in Swindon which was 30 years ago

Thank you pricklyholly, I'm only 25 so this is all very new to me and just do not have a clue where to start, I've managed to find a lot out up to now, such as DOB, where they were born, when my nan got married but now I'm at a loose end.

So any advice or help I can get from anyone would be amazing to help me

Hi yes Julie was the youngest of the children, in total there were 5 children from the marriage, the girls we have contact with but it's just my two uncles that I trying to look for
