You cannot have a public tree on Genes
Have you looked to see if any of this family are in any trees on here?

Is this the family you are looking at?? Children's names and birth years correct but different parents and Hannah is both a sibling b 1893 and the mother b1862!!!!!!!!! They are at Stebondale Street in the 1891 census but not the 1901.

So you need to look for marriages post 1911 for all children probably in the West Ham area for starters at the free website suggested by Pam earlier in the thread.
http://www.freebmd.org.uk/
and then you can look for children from the marriages

Thank you all, and to answer the questions raised. Jax, yes I had already seached on genes, not once but several times. Frustratingly a couple of members with potential matches never replied to my enquiries. Despite me trying to contact them several times. Pam, yes free BDM is a good place to search, pity that none of mine have unusal first names. Greyghost, I had already found that information. Posting on the 'Find Living Relatives' page was a bit of a long shot. I have expolored so many dead ends with this family. I'll keep searchin :-S

Trying to establish if they were the right family as if so, some of the information you have given in your first post is misleading ie naming Hannah 1862 as a sibling and the parents as James and Mary Ann. I spent some not inconsiderable time trying to find them in an effort to help and asked if I had the right family before going further. Judging by your "I had already found that information" they are the right family. You will probably have to visit a records office or invest in certificates to find marriages and descendants, but I'm sure you already know this.

well done greyghost, and indeed, having found that information isn't quite consistent with posting the information shown in the opening post ...
Births Sep 1892 Harvey Hannah Poplar 1c 702
two possible looking marriages
Marriages Jun 1913 Harvey Hannah Harvey W.Ham 4a 447 Harvey Richard F Harvet W.Ham 4a 447
which would be unfortunate from the perspective of looking for births
Marriages Sep 1913 Gaiger Thomas Harvey W.Ham 4a 683 Harvey Hannah Gaiger W.Ham 4a 683
a fortunately unusual name with 6 births showing 1914-1932
and a death that perfectly matches the quarter of birth in 1892
Name: Hannah Gaiger Birth Date: 25 Aug 1892 Date of Registration: Mar 1971 Age at Death: 78 Registration district: Havering Inferred County: Greater London Volume: 5c Page: 4
so there is one sibling almost certainly accounted for
of course the marriage certificate would be needed for real certainty by age and father's name etc.
the eldest child Hannah 1914 is in a tree here, for instance
possibly one of the same people you have already tried to contact
of course there is almost always one single reason why people do not reply to contacts ... they never receive the message (which you can determine by looking to see whether there is still an envelope beside your sent message)
many people put a tree up at this site years ago, never had anything come of it, never returned to the site ... and changed their email address without updating their account
I'm sure I am registered at sites all over the internet with old email addresses, before I settled on the permanent solution (an online account for this purpose) :-)
anyway other people have Thomas 1917, Kathleen 1922 ... in their trees ... worth looking up the births at freebmd for Hannah Harvey Geiger alone and contacting people with her children in their trees if you haven't already tried them maybe

My aplogies greyghost, you are certainly right about me posting incorrect parents for my grandfather :-( . JoonieCloonie, you may have well solved it, for Hannah at least. A cousin thinks your mention of the name Gaiger is vaugly familiar. I am as always grateful for the help of all you clever genies who take th time and effort to help. A HUGE thank you to you all <3
