There is a marriage in 1953 which could be her but a son born in 1954 registered in two names.....and not seeing him after his birth...and the husband looks to have remarried in 1963? |

Your father was probably not the son of Mr Collins but as his mother was possibly still married to him the birth would have been registered in his name.....maybe the Sharp in his name was his biological father? |

The marriage you have found is definately, that of my Grand mothers Elsie M Collins this I know, my father's birth records do not carry a fathers name. as it has only his adoption papers. |
