1947 - 1953 Frederick was with wife Margaret (nee Esplin) in married quarters COD, address 1 P Block, Hanworth Park, Spelthorne. In 1953 there were daughters Freda & Iris.

By 1955 he was with Peggy Emmett at 40 Desford Way, Spelthorne.

One or the other of them may not have divorced if they didn't marry until 1977.

I thought that Frederick had a brother:

and so was looking for both of them in 1911, either together or separately.

I then found a Cecil Luhr on the ER both before and after marriage (1929, Brentford) so was then looking for possible father also in 1911, as there was Ada, Cecil, George and Robert together in 1928.

There is a slight discrepancy as shows as Cecil E or Cecil Ernest once he is married, but just Cecil in this group. But if it was his father filling in the form then he could just have not used middle names.

There is a George Luhr in 1908 and 1913 living in Linkfield Road, Brentford, 129 in 1908 and 122 in 1913. He is still there with Ada, and different Luhr's in the 1920's.
Cannot find him in 1911.

I said that the name was German, and so was hoping to find him in 1911 to see if his parents were German, regardless of his actual place of birth.
