Is his name De-La-hay or Delahay, have you tried 192.com, and when was he born and where and when were you last in contact?

Do you believe he uses this site?

Graham has confirmed by pm that de-la-hay is/was his actual middle name (I believe from his grandmother's maiden surname)

I have asked Graham to return.

Apart from anything else, you are leaving him wide open to identity theft

Year of birth is permissible
