That's just a holding company I think Marc, it doesn't do any trading and doesn't have actual offices and staff or anything, most likely. Just property management. There are other companies with their corporate address at the same place in Tenterden.

I would just write to that address for it. And like I said, try just sending a letter addressed to Pam at her last address with a note on the envelope asking for forwarding perhaps.

I found the company name etc which was the last address i had and she was listed as a retired director until early jan 2014
There an address for the management company at 25 Oaks Road Tenterden Kent TN30 6RD but a can not find any reference for phone number
How come it so hard to get telephone numbers these days in the UK,seems every thing requires logins and fee;s

Her death is recent enough that a letter to that address would likely reach someone, possibly being forwarded to her executor.

Kerry did say quite clearly that Pam was deceased, I think, if you were saying you had spoken to the same person she was talking about.

Generally you are advised to look up the GRO index reference but they won't be on line.

Although the paper versions are available through out the UK for access (generally in person) someone with the same problem was told that a recent death wouldn't be included for about 12-18months.

The staff might be willing to search for the reference on your behalf, but are likely to make a charge.

Alternatively, if someone can work out the likely Register Office close to where she might have died/lived, they may be able to supply a copy of the certificate. Without an accurate place or date of death, it might be a bit tricky.

If you were referring to Kerry, we don't even know where she lived or her surname. Mission impossible :-(

how bizarre to delete the account so messages could not even be received ... and there was poor Marc being told by everyone to 'click on her name' :-)
