If you know when and where she was born, try 'search all trees'

Have you considered writing to the local newspaper, asking if anyone has information about her?
It would help if you gave an approximate age for her, and whether that was her married name (so husband?) or names of parents, for example.

Hi woods wasn't her maiden name,she would be roughly about 60ish.I know she got divorced but not sure if she ever married again.Her address was 25 princes street Pembroke Dock,that was about 25yrs ago.she also had two children Michael and Carolyn woods.

Do you know of her maiden name, or if she had a middle name or the name of her husband?

Do you know where the children were born, and when?

Have found births for Michael and Carolyn in 1981 and 1982 with mothers
maiden name that matches marriage of a Sheila to a Woods, also found two
siblings for Sheila, and possible current contact details for her sister in her married name, have PM Susie information.
