I have sent Paul a pm of the sister's possible children.
One of the daughters has a fairly distinctive name, and marriage, and they can be seen on 192.com.
(A probable grand-daughter is on facebook but she is only 17)
But no Vivienne showing.

I emailed you to say that was an incorrect marriage, as it was of Vivienne E Stratton not Vivien E Staton.

The problem is that the only official record appears to be of her birth, and that she was using that name when she was in her early twenties.

So, since then, she could have married abroad, or be living with someone and is just using their surname as her own.

This was why I was suggesting to you an alternate approach of tracing her sister, and her sister's children. (Unfortunately they do not appear to be members of genes.)

I also think you could get her birth certificate.

definite Middle name of Elspeth as seen a letter written by her, and birth day was 1944

thank you everyone for helping , the parents of Vivienne Elspeth staton all tie in, i now just need to cink married Ronfirm her married name which Pat gave as sharp and I think married Richard Sharp.

Can only find one birth registration for Vivien E Staton and that is the 1944 one.

The 1973 marriage shows both parties on the current ER but that Vivian is a diffrent second name & isnt in the right age group .is too young !

How certain are you of the middle name ?

The second forename of the woman who married in 1993 is not Elspeth

There is a marriage in 1993 in Tunbridge Wells, but this is probably a second marriage for a Vivienne E, who married a Staton as her first husband.

The marriage that I sent was for Strat(t)on - as that was the surname that you had titled your post.

However if her surname is Staton then this is the wrong marriage.

There is a fairly obvious marriage for her in 1971, and 2 sons born.
