I am looking for Beatrice Mary Evans born in 1935 and lived in Rowley Regis area whohad a daughter born in 1957 that she gave up for adoption

She may have lived in Rowley Regis, but the only birth for Beatrice M Evans is in Oxford.

(There was a Brenda M Evans born in Rowley Regis in 1935.)

Not sure Evans is her maiden name as there are no Evans births with MMN Evans.

Was she born Hammond? There's a marriage in Wolverhampton to an Evans.

If Susan was born in Rowley Regis in 1957 the maiden name is Rudge (or Pudge mistranscribed on ancestry) or Hammond.
So Hammond fits with Rose's marriage.

Unfortunately does not fit with any Beatrice M Hammond birth in 1935.

There are ones in Walsall in 1930 and Wolverhampton in 1931 and Leicester in 1936.

If it is the Wolverhampton birth in 1931 and marriage in Wolverhampton (as the Walsall and Leicester births appear to have marriages in Walsall and Leicester) then the husband's name is Peter R C Evans.
I can see only one birth for those initials (in Wolverhampton), but 3 marriages, only one in Wolverhampton.

However, Susan is not looking for her birth father?

Interesting thing is there was another child born to Peter and Beatrice in 1954 who was adopted also.

Had a PM from Susan and have encouraged her to return her.

Sounds like she doesn't have her birth cert as she doesn't know her mother's maiden name but she was told Beatrice was married and had a son before Susan.

It begins to look as though she was Hammond, but need Susan to get her birth. certificate.

It does seem to be the 1931 birth patchem found as Vic ( Vivian ) has this one
If you look on GRFT under Vivian's birth there is a person who has BOTH Beatrice & Vivian on his tree. This person was born in 1951 in Broxburn, West Lothian.

M CARTWRIGHT also has Beatrice on her GRFT
she was born in 1952 in BRIDGNORTH Shropshire

I have been waiting for Susan to return, as Rose has encouraged her to do so.

Perhaps she has applied for some certificates to try to confirm what has been found so far?

I have now got my birth certificate from before I was adopted which I had no idea even existed. It states my mothers maiden name Hammond and address as 42 Ringwood Road, Wolverhampton

Are you now going to apply for the marriage certificate of your Mother, to get further details about her? Or the suggested birth certificate?

have pmd up to date address for Vic aged 59 as Beatrice's address is only until 2010 and cannot find an uptodate one.

How did you track down Beatrice? Did she remarry?

Rose

Yes married a "G" same as Vic's changed name. Moved to Lothian and Beatrice lost her husband at end of 09 - found memorial notice on Iannounce from Beatrice. She is on the ers and put as age 82 and her husbands first name is spelt unusually - too many coincidences not to be her.

Will Vic know anything about Susan?

That is why included the 2010 address for Beatrice - she could still be there and opted out of the ers after her husbands death and explained that to Susan
