astin around Yorkshire ,shield from gateshead/durham area, hesp from Halifax area .

2 people have a Karen Shield, 1966, Durham, in their trees on here, including a Karen (but Cauwood)

How much research have you done yourself?

And when was Karen born........year ONLY.

There are three fairly recent Paxton/Shield births in the north east of England on FMP.........but that does not necessarily mean that the parents were married

All are on the ER........one up to 2012, one to 2009, and one current.

No sign of a Karen with any of them

The Karen being sought is Karen E....born 1958

What evidence there is to support her link to the name Paxton is far from clear

The search is actually for her parents, according to the other threads

There is only one marriage on FMP for a Karen E Shield (1976)........and that woman appears to have re-married in 1981..................but NOT to Paxton

If you use search all trees to find Karen Shield born 1958 in Blaydon, there is a Karen Paxton who has her in her tree on here....
(Karen Paxton has entered the name twice, she would appear to have 2 membership numbers, send a contact pm to both, just in case).
