I put that Jacqueline e Richards married to Jones was not good as Jones is a very common surname.
Unusual surnames are much easier to track.

OK........

To get a copy of the death cert, go to


https://www.gro.gov.uk/gro/content/certificates/

The cert will cost £9.25, including postage.

Make sure you enter the GRO refs.......and tick the box which asks if they are known

The cert will take about a week to be delivered

With luck, the daughter will be the informant..............

How did you manage to get hold of the adoption papers?

..............they are supposed to be given only to the adoptee.;..........

There is a marriage for a Jacqueline E Richards in Llanelly in 1962, unfortunately to a Jones.

If you are going to try and track her you are probably going to have to spend money buying certificates for confirmation (or disappointment).

Do you mean that you have the death certificate for Betty?
