I'm not sure Rose, what the restrictions were then, but I think you could/can register if you were from RoI but considered yourself a permanent resident? |

Interesting she shows on the electoral roll because she wouldn't have been able to vote if she were Irish. |

It may just be coincidence but in the 1947 electoral roll there is a Fanny Sullivan living next door to an Ethel and George Holland in Harlesden...in the 1948 where Fanny is with the Shepherds there is another Holland couple in the house? |

They were there all through the 30s up to 39 ( no electoral rolls for war I assume) trying to find the other's named to ascertain her maiden name. |
