Joe was last seen by his family in Dublin in the late 1960,s ,he had also worked in the South of England as a waiter in Newbury,Basingstoke and Bournemouth.He still has lots of family in Ireland.This will be the last few years available to get hold of him.The Salvation Army have tried but they think he may have gone abroad.Thank you for your interest :-) |
