Find Living Relatives

Hello all,

I am looking for the family of my great great grandmothers husband. Her name was Lizzie Adcock and she married Percy David Simpson ( b 1878 ) they lived in sparkhill up until her death in 1912 running a fish shop together. Percy remarried Isabel Heaps (b1888 d1979) in 1915 in Warwickshire and I think they had a son who was also called Percy david Simpson (b 1915 d 1992). Wuld love to find some living relatives of theirs to share their stories and knowledge.

Thanks for your help, Its been a long while since Ive done any research, so am very rusty! My tree is up but came to a bit of a dead end. My goal is to now try and find living relatives. Ive messaged a guy in the search all trees and have found info for Percy Jr's death so will send off for that. Thanks again for your time! :-)

The 1911 census is odd, to say the least.

And I can't find Percy in 1901

LOL!! Don't worry it's taken us 20 years to crack it!! Lizzie Had two children John Charles and Hilary jane ( my g grandmother). Hilary claimed to have never meet her father and never spoke about her past to any family but told my grandfather her dad was a solicitor called mr Gordon, we had been searching for Hilary jane Gordon for years and only found her on the 1911 census with John and Percy. After getting all the certs we found out that John and Hilarys father was in fact solicitor Frederick Charles Newsam. He dumped Lizzie before they got the chance to marrie and went off with 16 year old Gertrude hayter ( daughter of Colonel Charles George Hayter ). Lizzie married Percy David Simpson in 1899 and he helped bring up H and J in the fish shop. Its still a complete mystery why the they used the name Gordon and where it came from as their real father is listed as Newsam on birth certs!!! I even have a letter that I got from Kew , from Fred to Lizzie when she lived in Chelsea,,,its addressed to lizzie Gordon!!!!!
