Do you know what happened to her mother? If she married, Victoria may have taken her step-father's name.

If you aren't able to find her mother, did her mother have any siblings you could ask, or even make contact with Victoria's maternal grandparents?

Have you done any research?

trying to find my daughter Victoria Scott who was born in Salford in 1976 she lived off Eccles new road Salford :-(
