I don't think adoption records are open to the general public. An adoptee can apply for their own records but when they have passed away their records are closed . |

Sorry should say adoption certificates not records all adoptive people are in the adoption registra after they have been adopted I have sent for all of volume 713 which is quite expensive at over 9.00 each just wondered if any one had sent for any out of volume 711 or 712 714 that wouldnt mind sharing I have a full list of boys born in 1970 and adopted in 71 again willing to share if it would be a help to anyone. |
