Find Living Relatives

Hi,
I’m looking for my half-sister (born: Shona Louise de Rochefort).
She was born in Chatham, Kent in 1977.
She’s the daughter of Richard de Rochefort (our dad) and Jane Hamilton.
She married Mark J Datson in 1997 in Swale, Kent but they divorced around the same time we lost contact – about 1999ish.

She was living in Lower Halstow Sittingbourne in 2002

Does "Transfer Date: 02/2006" mean Shona moved to a different property in February 2006?
If yes, how do I go about finding out where she moved on to from there?

I think she was there in 2000 and the last time the house changed hands was 2006 to the current owners.

She isnt showing after that date on the electoral rolls but may have opted out of the public ones

Coincidently there was a Jane & Victor Pitcher at the same address with her and Jane was nee De Rochefort married in 1984.to Victor

There must be a family connection there surely ??

The Pitchers are now near Glasgow will PM their address maybe they can help
