Try searching on https://www.livingrelativesearch.co.uk/ which will give you the post code, then check again using that in 192.com to make sure that it is the right result.

If they aren't ex-directory, they might be listed on www.thephonebook.bt.com the online phone book. If it is a male/female household, its normally the initial of the male.

Try a free search on Findmypast as they listed some recent ER. People with a full sub are more likely to look that up for you.
