Trying to find my Sister

I have recently been informed that I may have a Sister or half sister born to a Ruby Grace Davis of Melksham Wilts either late 1944 or early 1945.
I was born Peter Davis on the 10th May 1946 in Melksham Wilts and adopted on 4th September 1946 and my new name is Peter Grant Soley.
My Mother was Ruby Grace Davis born 1920 father unknown and I believe she came from the Melksham area.
She married an Albert Campbell in 1948 in Trowbridge Wilts .Ruby Grace died in 1964 aged 46 in Trowbridge .Albert Campbell died in 1984 in Bath Somerset.
I would love to find my Birth Sister whom until 1 week ago never knew existed.
