Hi all
I am looking for John Alexander Clark born Dundee, Scotland December 1958. John is the father of my son Jonathan. We haven't seen or heard from in over 20 years. As Jonathan now has children of his own and his wife was recently diagnosed with cancer they would like to find out about him.

The last time we saw him was in Aberdeen he was living at Marywell Caravan Park. His parents lived in St Cyrus.

Neither Jonathan nor I live in Scotland now.

Hope someone out there can help.

Kind regards
Brenda

Hi Brenda.

Have you searched trees on this site to see if anyone has him listed?
Do you know the names of his parents? If living, they may still be in contact with him.
How about any siblings of his?

There are a number of people with the same name listed in ‘Scotland’ on the ER site http://www.192.com/all/search/
Also on https://www.livingrelativesearch.co.uk/search/preview
Both sites are pay to view. There is no guarantee that any of them are him; he might have opted out of the commercial ER list.

Would you please consider removing his full date of birth as that could be considered an invasion of his privacy and might result in your post being Reported and eventually removed altogether. Month and year would be fine.
Presumably your daughter-in-law doesn’t mind you mentioning her illness. It must be hard for all of you.

xx

Well done - If you have an address, either residential or email, best to use that rather than phone. However much your son want's contact, it gives his father a chance to think about his response. You could always pop a photo of your son and his family in with the letter.

Fingers crossed for a favourable outcome
