As I've found out that my dad has died would I be able to get his army service history,and if I can ,how do I go about it? |

You might be able to but 'might' have to produce the DC. Hopefully his partner will be willing to send you a photocopy. As long as they have been told (pension rights etc) the date of death might suffice. The records we are normally asked about are for older men who would have served in WW2 or shortly after.. |

Thank you for that.i have his death certificate as she sent me a copy.as he died in Cyprus and is buried there,it's in Greek. |
