Does anyone know Stephen? He was adopted in 1968.
He has two half sisters who would very much like to meet him.

People would know him only by his current name.

Add yourself to the national adoption contact register.....and hope that he has also done so

In addition to Reggie's suggestion, add his name to your tree on this site. That way, if anyone else adds him in his birth name to their tree, the system will eventually produce a Hot Match so that you can make contact.
