Have you given up on Rhoda altogether? Although Smith is obviously tricky, there aren't all that many Rhoda's. Assuming your mother was between 15 and 35 years old in 1961, that is born 1925-45, there are only 6 births in the whole of Lancashire, and just one in Bolton. |

Looking for Frank Mcguire born september 1930 in Ireland, he came over here for work in the 1950's, stayed in Manchester and worked for a building firm in manchester for a while, he was a general labourer. |
