Find Living Relatives

Could be "difficult" this one? (apart from Ann of Cardiff)!
I am trying to help a work colleague search for an old school mate who went to primary school in Kowloon, Hong Kong from 1967 - 1973. I am wondering if there is anyone "out there" who could help in tracking down old school friends or give me links to get in touch with old school records for him as my colleague is unable to operate a computer. Mike (the colleague had a motor cycle accident a few years ago and sustained bad head injuries hence me helping out as best I can for him.
From the name he may well be American and back in the US?
