Trying to find birth mother - surname LEWIS

I'm trying to find my birth mother. I was born October 1962 in Hammersmith & Fulham hospital and given the name Lindsay Lewis - this was later changed by my adoptive parents.

Have you applied for access to your Social Services/adoption file? That may have more information in it.

Add yourself to the national adoption contact register.
