I don't see how you can track him down without more information. If you don't know his wife's name you need to find this out from the electoral register, and hopefully you can then find a marriage and from that the name of his children.
Looking at London marriages, there is one marriage for a Harry Ferguson in Hackney 1950, but no way of knowing if he is yours. If you are right with this age it won't be. And if he was really Henry there are lots!
There is one Ferguson birth in Poplar which might fit, which you can find on Freebmd, but again without more information you won't be able to use this in your search.

Hi , this search has nothing to do with my tree research, I am trying to find a Mr Harry Ferguson who would have been appx 22 in 1955 and lived in Abbott road Poplar London at this time with his wife he had a son of appx 4 years old at this time but i don't know his name so i am looking to contact either Harry or any of his children, I am also told that Harry was very possibly a twin with Henry and had a sister called Pat any help would be very much appreciated
