Hi,
I'm trying to find out details about this person, a cousin I've never met. I believe that she was born in Co. Durham in the early 1960's. Her father was Cecil Bowes who was from South Moor, Stanley, Co.Durham. I don't know her mother's name.
The last time I heard about her, in 2000, she was alive still.

If you look on FreeBMD, you will see she was born a little earlier than you though.

Her parents' marriage is on there also.

Have you tried looking at bt online for Bowes in Durham - there is a G Bowes living just outside Durham.

I'm not sure of her marital status.
I'll look up the lead on FreeBMD, that's interesting as I'd never heard of that site!
I'll also contact the person on the BT site.

Did her parents separate? Could be her mother remarried and Grace took another surname.
