	With out a current first name, or age of his adoptive mother, it's going to be rather difficult to find them. Have you found the nephew's original birth reg and purchased the certificate? That at least would give you his correct dob. Try adding the details to the National Adoption Contact register https://www.gov.uk/adoption-records/the-adoption-contact-register Search trees on this site for all Jean Parker's (which might be a married name, so not much use) and send a PM to tree owners. Assuming you know his birth mother/parents name(s) look for them also. He may know their names and is trying to find birth family
