Ok I didn't know what sex the name would be so opted for male. However you would need to know the new name to find any further info like a marriage etc. |

Assuming you are related, you need to register on the National Adoption Register to see if she is seeking her birth family. Or do as Shirley suggests, using all family names you have to see if anyone else has them on their tree. |
