What did GR lead you to expect when you paid for Platinum membership?

No you need to purchase the birth cert for that....unless they died after 1969 then you can find it on the death registration (on Ancestry or Find my past) not sure about Genes though

i have joined as a platinum member... can anyone tell me if it is possible to find a relatives exact date of birth ?? and not just the year...... i am trying to find my grandma and grandads birthdays...
