looking for anyone that knows what happen to a may bell from edinburgh born in 1928 she left in the 1950s after two marriages and was never heard off again anyone can help

married surnames were davanna then lees

If she stayed in Scotland then you would need Scotlands People to look for a death

her birth is 13 thdecember and her marriages where to stephen davanna and then john y lees whom both divorced her, children left with later dad and never seen again in edinburgh in mid to late 1950s

Second divorce was 1966. Have you looked at the papers to see if an address was given for her?

Sanny, you won't be able to see the records online but if you go here

http://www.nas.gov.uk/

you will find the details of how to order copies if you are unable to go in person. If you are going in person note that those records are stored off site so give them advance notice of your visit.

The other way is to email them for a cost estimate for photocopies to be sent to you.
