It might do. My parents died 2002 and 2006. In both cases, their spouses where named, along with my mother's maiden name. Not sure when that info started to be included. |

OK - Clarence Barwick is Tirzah's brother, I believe there were 4 adopted brothers, Montague, Hecter, Jack & Clarence, Tirzah, my mother was also adopted and named for the Tirzah Isobella who died as a baby. I do have a marrigde cirt for My Mother & Farther + a photo of the Church they were married in, in Gilsland. The Barwick side of the family are also very head in the sand like the Jones' but would seem to be a bit worse, The Barwick cousins had a brick business which I believe has closed down in Gilsland. I have no more information. My Mother was in the WRAF No 433884 ACW, Barwick - She was adopted from South Shields so she could have been Irish. |

Have you thought of buying the death cert for the informant's details? I gather you don't have it, or you would presumably have said so |

Hi There, I am the Carol (My nick name is Paddy) the Daughter of Tirzah & Albert, I was adopted in Rhodesia when I was 6 months old, my mother (Tirzah) having taken me to Rhodesia just a month or so after I was born to join my father who was stationed in the RAF in Bulawayo, they were divorced in 1948 or there about's and my Father must have married Rose some time after that, I was renamed when I was adopted (Patricia Hilary Davies), My Dad & His wife had a son or daughter in Rhodesia, they apparently were farming there and returned to Bristol sometime around the 1980's, my father died 1999 - There was nothing that I could find at all about my fathers 2nd wife and child. |

Linked thread - it might have been better to stick to the one and up date the title at the same time as removing the 'tick'. |

Hi - I have been trying to find my 1/2 brother/sister, but am having no luck - They would/could have returned to Bristol in 1980 +-. My fathers name was Albert Ellis Jones and his wife was called Rose, I have no other info at all, they would have returned to Bristol from Bulawayo, Rhodesia (Zimbabwe) :- |
