I found a Petulla Brimson b. sept. 1952 Somerset.
MMN Surti.

Michael A Brimson b.1953

Tina A surti or Brooker b. 1956

Dont know if this is any help.

I was just trying to find their births (Patulla and Michael) to work out how old they would have been when they were in the home.
As Wanda seems to have got the wrong spelling for her Mother, I then had to wonder if she wanted information for other reasons.
If she asked her Mother and Uncle who they could remember, then perhaps she could be advised as to how to search for names.

I did'nt think that Wanda was looking for her mum and uncle Patcham?...just anyone who was at the home with them in the 50s and 60s??

I cannot see a birth for Patulla, and the only one showing appears to live in Scotland.
Do you know their birth surnames, and their years of birth?

OK, surname Brimson in your tree.

Was she registered as Petulla?
Fits with Brimson/Surti.

Also fits with marriage to Ferguson.

my mum patulla and her brother michael were in shirley childrens home 1956 to 1966 .do you remember them did you go there . x :-)
